6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Certain features (such as AI text analysis, image analysis, and story generation) consume "credits." New users may receive a limited number of free credits upon registration. Credits can also be obtained through a subscription (e.g. "Pro") that may include a monthly credit allowance, or through one-time top-up purchases. Credits are consumed when you use credit-gated features and are generally non-refundable once spent. Subscription and in-app purchases may be subject to the terms and billing of the platform (e.g. Apple App Store or Google Play). We may change credit amounts, pricing, or which features require credits with reasonable notice where required by law.

The Service is provided for educational and language learning use only. We do not warrant that the Service or any AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or to specific features (such as AI or credits), if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We are not obligated to refund any fees or restore credits in the event of termination for cause.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
